Chapter 9 HISTORIC PRESERVATION*
Section 9-110 Time limit on commencement of construction.
A certificate of appropriateness shall become void unless construction is commenced within six (6) months of date of issuance. Certificates of appropriateness shall be issued for a period of eighteen (18) months and are renewable. (Ord. of 1-12-87(5), IV)
