Chapter 7 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

Section 7-6 Penalties.

    Any person violating any provision of this chapter or any  rule, order, or regulation made  pursuant to this chapter, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable in the municipal or county court having jurisdiction.
