Section 5-96 Same--Payment prerequisite to issuance of permit.
Prior to the adoption of 2002-5-96 on 01/31/2002, Section 5-96 read as follows. Electrical Permit fees are on file at the city clerk's office and the administrative offices of the building inspection department.
