Section 5-125 Schedule of permit fees.

Prior to the adoption of 2002-5-125 on 01/30/2002, Section 5-125 read as follows.

     A permit shall not be issued until the following permit fees have been paid:

     (a)    Permit fees:

     Conversion burners, floor furnaces, incinerators, boilers or central heating  or

         air conditioner units:

         One unit    $5.50

         Each additional unit    1.10

     Vented wall furnaces and hot water heaters    2.75

         Each additional unit    1.10

     Gas piping (including both rough and final inspection)

         1 to 4 outlets    5.50

         Each additional outlet    1.10

     Reinspection    5.50

     For issuing permit    5.50

     Reinspection fee for first inspection    25.00

 Any additional violations will be calculated by increasing the reinspection fee by twenty-five  dollars ($25.00) per occurrence.

     (b)    Where work for a permit required by this code is started or proceeded prior to obtaining the permit, the fees herein specified shall be doubled, but the payment of such double fee shall not relieve any persons from fully complying with the requirements of this Code in the execution of the work nor from any other penalties prescribed herein.
