Chapter 5 BUILDING, CONSTRUCTION AND RELATED ACTIVITIES*
Section 5-106 Adopted.
There is hereby adopted by the City for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration, removal, location and maintenance of all natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas systems, including permits and penalties, that certain gas code known as the Standard Gas Code, 2000 Edition with State Amendments, as revised and the whole thereof, save and except such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified, or amended. One (1) copy is filed in the office of the building inspection department, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein controlling in the construction, alteration, removal, location and maintenance of all natural gas and liquefied petroleum gas systems within the corporate limits of the City.
