Section 4-38 Penalties.
The keeping of any animal in violation of sections 4-27 through 4-30 of this article shall be punished in the municipal court as otherwise provided in section 1-6 of this Code for punishment of violations of ordinances of the city. Punishment for violations of sections 4-32 and 4-33 shall be administered through the state court system under the provisions of O.C.G.A. 4-8-28. (Ord. of 3-23-98, I)
