Section 4-31 Records.
(a) It shall be the duty of the humane society to keep or cause to be kept accurate and detailed records of the impoundment and disposition of all animals coming into its custody. (b) It shall be the duty of the humane society to keep or cause to be kept accurate and detailed records of all moneys, which records shall be open to inspection at reasonable times by the person responsible for similar records of the city. Such records shall be available for audit by the city annually in the same manner as other city records are audited. (Ord. of 3-12-90(2), 1)
