Chapter 3 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES*
Section 3-80 Dispensing cups and ice prohibited.
It shall be unlawful to dispense unpackaged cups, ice or other containers for use in consumption of alcoholic beverages from any premises licensed hereunder. (Code 1958, 5-37(o))
