Section 3-77 Coin-operated amusement devices prohibited; exceptions.
No retail dealer in spirituous liquors by the package shall permit on his premises any slot machine, mechanical music boxes, pinball machines, machines operated for amusement purposes, except only coin-operated machines for dispensing tobacco products or packaged ice. (Code 1958, 5-37(1))
