Prior to the adoption of 6/8/98 on 12/13/2002, Section 3-107 read as follows. Coin-operated equipment is permitted on the premises for the following purposes: vending machines, such as cigarettes; vending a service such as music or television; and for amusement, excluding any equipment designed or used for gambling purposes or refunds given in such manner as tickets, money, prizes or free games to entice play.
