Chapter 3 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES*
Section 3-105 Deliveries off premises prohibited.
It shall be unlawful for any licensee hereunder to make deliveries of any alcoholic beverage by the drink beyond the boundaries of the premises covered by the license. (Code 1958, 5-38(i))
