Chapter 3 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES*

Section 3-103 Advance approval for structure to be built.

     Where a building in which a retailer intends to operate under the provisions of this division is at the time of the application for such license not in existence or not yet completed, a license may be  issued for such location provided the plans for the proposed building show clearly a compliance with the other provisions of this section. No sales or consumption will be allowed in such establishment until it has been completed in accordance with such plans and is in conformity with  all other provisions of this division and this Code.
