Section 22-29 Required buffers in C-1, C-2, M, and M-1 districts.
In a C-1, C-2, M, or M-1 zoning district where a lot abuts any residential district, a six (6) foot wide buffer shall be provided with screening as specified in section 22-21. Off-street parking associated with such uses shall be governed by this same provision. (Code 1958, 24-6.23)
