Chapter 20 TREES AND LANDSCAPING*

Section 20-52 Article not to affect ownership of trees; committee duties limited.

     The city and other governmental subdivisions and agencies of the state shall  continue to be the  owners of and subject to the provisions of this chapter, and shall continue to be responsible for the maintenance of and care for all trees on publicly owned property. The committee shall have no  duties other than those specifically stated in this chapter.
