Prior to the adoption of TQM Code Update-Ch.2 on 10/11/2004, Section 2-8 read as follows. The city manager shall be covered by a fiduciary bond with a surety payable to the city in the amount of not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) for the faithful performance of his duties as now or hereafter defined by the Charter and this Code or a valid resolution of the city council.
