Section 2-46 Judge of Municipal Court to establish rules and regulations of the Court.
The judge of the Municipal Court of the City of Thomasville shall have full power and authorization to make reasonable rules and regulations necessary and proper to secure the efficient and successful administration of the Municipal Court. (Ord. of 5-9-94, I)
