Section 2-28 Meeting schedule.

Prior to the adoption of TQM Code Update - CH. 2 on 10/11/2004, Section 2-28 read as follows.

    All regular meetings of the city council shall convene at  the meeting place as provided in section 2-26 at 7:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays of each month or as soon thereafter as practicable.
