Prior to the adoption of 19-9 on 02/09/2006, Section 19-9 read as follows. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person upon roller skates, or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle, or similar device, to go upon any street anywhere in the city and upon any sidewalk within the fire district. (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to ride any bicycle upon any sidewalk within the fire district. (Code 1958, 22-12)
