Section 19-69 Parking in passenger zone restricted.
(a) It shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to stop, stand or park such vehicle for a period of time longer than is necessary for the actual loading or unloading of passengers in any place marked as a passenger zone. (b) The city manager shall have the authority to determine the location of passenger zones and loading zones as described in this chapter and shall erect and maintain appropriate signs indicating such zones.
