Section 18-118 Collection of tax by operator.

Prior to the adoption of Sec.18-118 on 11/08/2004, Section 18-118 read as follows.

    Every operator maintaining a place of business in this city, as provided in the next preceding section, and renting guest rooms in this city, shall collect a tax of three (3) percent of the amount of rent from the occupant.
