Chapter 18 TAXATION, REVENUE AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS REGULATIONS*

Section 18-118 Collection of tax by operator.

     Every operator maintaining a place of business in this City,  and renting  guest rooms in this City, shall collect a tax of five (5) percent of the amount of rent from the occupant.
