Chapter 18 TAXATION, REVENUE AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS REGULATIONS*
Section 18-100 Downtown improvement district.
The "downtown improvement district" shall encompass the same area as the "downtown development area" designated by the city council in accordance with O.C.G.A. 36-42-5 and 36-42-6. (Ord. of 12-28-94, I)
