Section 17-42 Application for preliminary plat approval.

Prior to the adoption of 17-42 on 03/22/2004, Section 17-42 read as follows.

    Following the preapplication review of a proposed subdivision  plat, the subdivider shall submit  to the city engineer, at least twenty (20) days prior to the next regular meeting of the planning  commission, the following:

    (1)    A letter requesting review and  approval of a preliminary plat and giving the name and  address of a person to whom the notice of the hearing by the planning commission shall be sent.

    (2)    Five (5) copies of the preliminary  plat and other documents, as specified in sections 17-44  through 17-48.
