Section 17-41 Preapplication review.
Whenever the subdivision of a tract of land within the city is proposed, the subdivider may submit to the city engineer sketch plans and data showing existing conditions within the site and in its vicinity and the proposed layout and development of the subdivision, including proposed restrictions if any.
