Chapter 15 SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT
Section 15-65 City manager authorized to establish rules and regulations.
The city manager is hereby authorized to establish rules and regulations necessary, in his judgment, to carry out the intents and purposes of this chapter. (Code 1958, 12-8.3; Ord. of 2-22-88, I(12-8.3))
