Section 14-69 Separate and joint building sewers.
A separate and independent building sewer shall be provided for every building. Where one (1) building stands at the rear of another and no private sewer is available, the building sewer from the front building may be extended to the rear building. A joint sewer for planned developments may be approved. (Code 1958, 19-33)
