Section 13-93 Extensions of water system.

Prior to the adoption of 2002 (13-93) on 09/09/2002, Section 13-93 read as follows.

    Extensions of the water system outside the city limits will  be evaluated independently. A contribution in aid of construction may be required to accomplish the extension. The city may enter into a contract with any individual or group in accordance with its water line extension and service  connection regulations.
