Chapter 13 PUBLIC UTILITIES SYSTEMS*
Section 13-89 Allowance for salvage.
Where the size of a water meter and service is increased and the age of the original installation does not exceed five (5) years, the superintendent of the utilities department is authorized to credit or refund the depreciated value of the usable equipment salvaged in the change. (Code 1958, 13-89)
