Chapter 13 PUBLIC UTILITIES SYSTEMS*
Section 13-81 Interference with water supply or equipment.
In the interest of public safety it shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to operate, interfere with or have anything to do with the city wells, reservoirs, treatment plants, mains, fire hydrants or other equipment related to the city water supply. (Code 1958, 18-27)
