Chapter 13 PUBLIC UTILITIES SYSTEMS*
Section 13-51 Power plant or equipment, interfering with or molesting prohibited.
It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to interfere with or molest in any way the city's power plant, substations, poles, lines or other equipment installed, either on the public rights-of-way or on private property. The term "interfere with" shall include the climbing of utility poles or the attaching of anything to such poles, lines or equipment. (Code 1958, 18-22)
