Chapter 13 PUBLIC UTILITIES SYSTEMS*

Section 13-18 Overpayment, refund or credit.

     In all cases of overpayment to the utilities department from whatever cause, the superintendent is  authorized to return the overpayment either by refund or credit to the person's account.
