Chapter 13 PUBLIC UTILITIES SYSTEMS*
Section 13-17 Collection of bills.
The utilities department shall have the responsibility for the collection of all bills for miscellaneous repairs, materials, line extensions, damages to equipment, or any other just debt to the department. The enforcement of the collection of such bills shall be in the same manner as the bills for water, electric and gas service. (Code 1958, 18-15)
