Chapter 13 PUBLIC UTILITIES SYSTEMS*
Section 13-148 Effect of excavation and demolition permits.
A permit issued pursuant to law authorizing excavation or demolition operations shall not be deemed to relieve a person from the responsibility for complying with the provisions of this division. (Code 1958, 18-47(c))
