Chapter 13 PUBLIC UTILITIES SYSTEMS*

Section 13-10 Same--Bond.

     The superintendent of the utilities department shall give bond in the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) payable to the city, conditioned upon the faithful performance of his duties.
