Submit Your Claims Electronically
In an effort to streamline claims processing and reduce claims payment turnaround times, the City of Thomasville can receive all medical, hospital and dental claims electronically. Our ability to process your claims in a timely fashion will be enhanced by allowing you to submit claims electronically through your clearinghouse using our PPO (SuperMed) Payer ID of 29076.
If your office is not yet able to send claims electronically, please continue to submit your claims to the appropriate mailing address on the ID Card. For assistance with setting up your system to send claims electronically, please contact your system or clearinghouse vendor directly.

You may contact our Customer Service Department Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time at 229-227-3311 and someone will be glad to assist you.
Pre Certification
To pre certify any inpatient stay, PT, OT, ST, Mental Health, or any diagnostic procedure over $500.00, please call Medi RN at 1-866-415-2609 to obtain a precertification authorization or benefits may be reduced.
