Online Service Requests
The City of Thomasville and Thomasville Utilities have created a non-emergency service request resource in order to better serve the community and our customers. This online service request system will streamline the communication process and provide an alternative to calling or visiting our offices when you need to report a problem or request assistance with services we provide.
If you do not see a service request area that fits your needs, please utilize the questions/comments selection and in the comments box describe your unique situation in as much detail as possible to allow us to pass your request on to the people best suited to handle your specific needs.
Before you make your request, please take a moment to search your topic within our FAQs page. You may be able to quickly find the answer to your question without having to place a service request.
For any emergency situation requiring immediate attention such as a fire, health issue or crime in progress, please call 911 or the appropriate agency.
